Overview

Taiyo Mukai is the eldest son of a diner owner who has a grand dream: to become a professional golfer who can win the British Open. The year he graduated from junior high school, he passed the professional golf test at an exceptionally early age. Afterwards, through golf, Taiyo met and tested many people, and grew as a professional golfer. He achieves his dream of playing in the British Open.

Synopsis 日本語

東京の下町に住む中学生・向太陽は朝は実家の食堂を手伝い、昼は学校、夜はゴルフ練習場でアルバイトをしながらプロゴルファーを目指している。太陽は元プロゴルファーの竜谷から指導を受け、荒川河川敷沿いのゴルフ場で練習生を務めながらプロテストを受験し、難コースや一癖も二癖もある他の受験者たちに揉まれながらも史上最年少でプロテストに合格。以後はプロゴルファーとしていくつもの大会に出場し、最終的にはセント・アンドリュースで開催された全英オープンゴルフに出場する。
