Synopsis 日本語
東京にあるチューニングショップ「メカドック」（名前の由来は「Mechanical Doctor」の略で、車の医者という意味）に勤める主人公・風見潤。当初は店に出入りする常連客の求めに応じ様々なチューニングを行っていたが、自分が手がけた車を走らせているうちに他のチューニングショップとの関わりが生まれ、多くのレースに参戦することになる。
