前橋市に住む女子高生・赤城ユイナは、突然現れた謎の生物ケロッペから魔女見習いにスカウトされ、異空間に入る。ユイナは仲間となる新里アズ、北原キョウカ、三俣チョコ、上泉マイを紹介される。 5人に与えられた魔女の修行は異空間に店を開き、困っている人の願いを叶えて、その報酬である魔法ポイント（マポ）を貯める事。99999ポイントに達すれば、外でも魔法が使えるようになるという。5人の魔力をあわせて初めて店を開いた「前橋ウィッチーズ」は、時に喧嘩しながらも、来店者の願いを叶え、さらに各々が抱えている悩みと向き合う事になる。
