あらすじ
3人の高校生を助けようとしてトラックにはねられた引きこもりの無職の男は、元冒険者のグレイラット夫婦の息子ルーデウス・グレイラットとして、前世の記憶を持ったまま転生する。 言葉を覚え、自身が剣と魔法の存在する異世界に転生したことを理解したルーデウスは、人知れず魔術の練習を重ねてゆく。その後、魔術の家庭教師ロキシー・ミグルディアの指導を受けたルーデウスは、魔法使いとして天賦の才を見せるようになる。 愛情を注いでくれる両親たちや、ロキシーとの生活を幸せに思ったルーデウスは、この世界で本気で生きていくことを誓う。
