普通の中学2年生である草壁桜（以降「桜」）の机の引き出しから突然現れた天使・ドクロちゃん。桜を想うがあまり魔法のアイテム「エスカリボルグ」で撲殺してしまい、その度に謎の擬音（魔法？）「ぴぴるぴるぴるぴぴるぴ〜♪」によって復活させる愛と涙の血みどろ物語。
