最強の武神将夜叉王は、天界を過酷なやり方で統治する天帝帝釈天に反旗を翻し、帝釈天に滅ぼされた阿修羅族の最後の生き残りである幼い阿修羅王を守り、「天を滅ぼす」と予言に示された六星を糾合する旅に出る。多くの犠牲を払いながらも集まった六星の内の5人は、帝釈天の居城に討ち入って帝釈天と対峙する。その最中、阿修羅王はついに真の姿を現わし、予言を成就させようとするが……。
