戦乱の絶えない大陸コンシュームでは、赤き瞳のニンテルド帝国と青き瞳のセグア王国が大陸の占有率をめぐって厳しい戦争を繰り返していた。劣勢に置かれたセグア軍だったが、一人の少年の登場をきっかけに戦況が変わっていく。
