Overview
Led by scientist Tatsuya Randou, the Randou family undertakes a journey around the globe in order to search out ancient ruins to uncover the legend of Quetzalcoatl, which unlocks the key to a fabulous treasure. However, tailing the Randou family is Gopurin, an evil organisation that covets the legendary treasure for itself. The Randou family has the secret weapon of super robot Acrobunch. 人類の歴史数千年よりのさらなる過去、遥か数万年の昔・超古代文明の時代より伝わるという謎の大秘宝「クワスチカ」を求めて世界中の遺跡を巡ることが、海商王・蘭堂タツヤの長き夢だった。そんな折、ある事件から不本意ながら夢が叶い、タツヤたち一家は万能探索メカ・アクロバンチで世界各地の遺跡を巡ることになる。「クワスチカ」の存在の証の石版の導きにより旅を続けるが、かつて地底に封じられた地底人・ゴブリン一族が「クワスチカ」の力による地上への回帰を目論み、ファミリー一行の前に立ちはだかる。
