Overview

Yoshiko Hanabatake is an idiot beyond all belief. Somehow managing to consistently score zeroes on all of her tests and consumed by an absurd obsession with bananas, her senseless acts have caused even her own mother to lose all hope. Only one person is up to the task of keeping her insanity in check: childhood friend Akuru "A-kun" Akutsu. Though he bemoans the ridiculous behavior he has to endure, the studious but terrifying A-kun is always ready to put an end to any stupidity Yoshiko gets up to, with no qualms about using physical force. Unfortunately, no matter how many times he attempts to knock some sense into her, the girl bounces right back to her usual shenanigans, even dragging in some other eccentrics along for the ride. 学力テストで5教科全て0点を取るほど頭が悪い空前絶後のアホの子・花畑よしこは、幼馴染の「あっくん」こと阿久津明に説教を受けても的外れな返答しかできず、それがもとであっくんから制裁や突っ込みをうけることがしばしば。クラスメイトの隅野さやか、よしこの自称舎弟になる不良・黒崎龍一、よしこの母・よしえ、あっくんの妹・瑠璃、あっくんに思いを寄せる風紀委員長、あっくんを嫌うギャル3人組、男装したよしこに恋する担任教師の押枝あつこなどを巻き込むトラブルだらけの残念な日々が続く。
