Overview

Sequel to Ao no Exorcist: Yuki no Hate-hen. Yukio parts ways with Rin and makes his way to the Illuminati. 11年に一度の祭りを目前に、活気づく正十字学園町。その陰では祓魔師たちが総出で悪魔の討伐に奔走していた。燐は幽霊列車（ファントムトレイン）討伐の任に当たっていたが、その途中で古い祠を損壊させ、封印されていた悪魔を解放してしまう。責任を取るため、燐はその悪魔を「うさ麻呂」と名付け、自室に置いて監視することとなった。当初こそ衝突した燐とうさ麻呂だったが、生活を共にする中で徐々に打ち解け、いつしか兄弟のように親しくなっていく。祭りも滞りなく進み、事態は平穏に収束すると思われた矢先、なぜか祓魔師たちの指揮系統が乱れ、各所で混乱が生じ始める。台湾支部の祓魔師リュウは、その原因がうさ麻呂の能力にあると看破し、彼を討伐対象に認定する。天真爛漫なうさ麻呂が元凶であったことに、燐は動揺を隠せない。潜伏していた幽霊列車も再活性化し、混乱はさらに激化。学園町が未曾有の危機に瀕する中、対峙した燐とうさ麻呂に決断の時が迫る。
