Overview
Dr. Oki , the genius scientist who designed a new type of submarine is missing. His son, Susumu, smells an evil scheme of unknown group. He knows everything of his father's submarine called "Super 99" – equipment, weapons, functions and capacity. Susumu thinks that to find his father is to reveal the secret organization, Helmet Party, and stop their conspiracy. Synopsis 日本語
沖博士と沖五郎は日本海溝調査のため、深海調査艇「くろしお」で潜航する。だが謎の組織ヘルメット党の工作員によって調査艇は故障させられており、生死不明になってしまった。しかし二人はヘルメット党の存在を予期しており、潜水艦スーパー99を秘密裏に建造。後事を次男のススムに託していた。事態を重く見た日本政府によって海上自衛隊から乗員が集められ、99とヘルメット党潜水艦隊との戦いが始まる。
