憧れの彼に近づくため、アメリカから性別を偽って全寮制男子高に転入した主人公の少女・芦屋瑞稀は、運命か偶然か、中学インターハイ優勝をした憧れの高跳び選手・佐野泉と同室になる。しかし、彼はすでに高跳びを辞めていた。順調に男子生徒として潜り込めたと思った矢先、保険医の梅田に「女子」であることを見抜かれてしまう。その後も、クラスメイトのお調子者・中津秀一や、寮長をしている2年生の難波南など、危険いっぱいの男子校ライフが描かれる。
