人類が月に移住した未来の世界。富裕層・中間層・貧民層によって住む環境が異なる状況下で、挑戦者が賞金を賭けて挑むクロノス社が主催するサバイバルエンターテイメント「逃走中」が一大コンテンツとして人気となっていた。貧民街出身のトムラ颯也は、病弱な弟のハルに「青い海を見せる」という夢を叶えるため、警備とセキュリティを強行突破し、謎の美女・ハーヴェストから参加資格であるクロノブレスを譲られ、逃走中への参加権を得る。それぞれの逃走者が様々な夢を叶えるため、仮想空間での逃走中が幕を開ける。
