Synopsis 日本語

音楽の島「エレジア」。この島で、一人の歌手のライブが開催されようとしていた。その歌手の名前はウタ。彼女はこれまで素性を隠したまま歌を発信していたが、その類まれなる歌声は「別次元」と称され、世界中の人々を魅了していた。そのウタが初めて公の場に姿を見せてライブを行うということで、エレジアのライブ会場にはファンの大観衆が集結しており、麦わらの一味も参加していた。そして、遂にウタがステージに姿を現し、ライブが開幕する。 1曲目の終了後、ルフィがステージに降り立ち、ウタに駆け寄り親しげに声をかけた。ルフィとウタは、幼少期にフーシャ村で共に過ごした幼馴染だったのだ。さらに、ウタがシャンクスの娘であることをルフィが話したことで、会場中が騒然となる。そこへウタを狙う海賊たちが乱入するが、ウタは2曲目を歌いながら不思議な能力を操り、瞬く間に海賊を拘束する。その後、ウタはルフィと仲間たちを歓迎し、その不思議な能力でもてなす。この時、世界中の人を幸せにするためのウタの大きな「計画」が既に始まっていた。そして同じ頃、世界政府や海軍がウタの能力を危険視し、彼女の討伐に動き始めていた。
