Overview

事故で半身不随となり、病室で寝たきりとなっていた各務桂菜は、VRMMORPG『リアデイル』の中で遊ぶ日々を過ごしていた。しかし、ある時目を覚ますと、そこは自分が知っている『リアデイル』から200年が経過した世界で、さらに自身は『リアデイル』でのアバターであるケーナとなっていた。ログアウトも運営への連絡もできないまま混乱するケーナは、病院が停電になったことによって生命維持装置が停止し、桂菜の肉体が死亡したという事実をサポートAIから知らされる。
