カードゲーム『WIXOSS』が世界的に流行し、バーチャル空間「WIXOSSLAND」でプレイヤーがルリグとしてバトルを行えるようになった世界。「WIXOSSLAND」では3人チームでバトルを行い、セレクターと呼ばれるファンの数を競う「ディーヴァバトル」が人気を博していた。圧倒的なバトル、歌、パフォーマンスを誇った「夢限少女」というディーヴァに憧れる高校一年生の明日平和は、自らもトップディーヴァになるという夢を叶えるために、自身のチーム「No Limit」を結成してディーヴァバトルに挑戦する。
