Overview

First year high schooler Midori Asakusa loves anime so much, she insists that "concept is everything" in animation. Though she draws a variety of ideas in her sketchbook, she hasn't taken the first step to creating anime, insisting that she can't do it alone. The producer-type Sayaka Kanamori is the first to notice Asakusa's genius. Then, when it becomes clear that their classmate, charismatic fashion model Tsubame Mizusaki, really wants to be an animator, they create an animation club to realize the "ultimate world" that exists in their minds. Synopsis 日本語

芝浜高校に入学した浅草みどりは、アニメを作るのが夢だが一人では行動できない小心者。浅草は友人の金森さやかを誘い、アニメ研の見学に行くが、そこで水崎ツバメと遭遇。親から反対されているが、アニメーター志望の水崎は浅草と意気投合。金森は教師にハッタリをかましてまるめこみ、「映像研」を立ち上げ、バラックの部室も確保。アニメで「最強の世界」を作るため、3人は奮闘する。
