Overview

Former showbiz stars Roko, Hayu, and Nina live together in a dormitory for dropout idol girls. As timing would have it, young dreamer Sakura happens to move in with the other girls just as an announcement is made to tear down the dorm due to a 100-million-yen debt! ラットプロダクションの第4寮（通称「ネズミ荘」）には売れない芸能人の女の子たち、元子役の関野ロコ、ミュージシャンの貫井はゆ、モデルの前原仁菜が集まり、共同生活を送っていた。ある日、そんなネズミ荘に、アイドルになることを夢見て上京した少女・桜衣乃がやってくる。ところが彼女がやってくるのと時を同じくして、売れない彼女たちを抱え込むのを善しとせず寮が取り壊されることが決定してしまう。ネズミ荘の住人たちは「寮の取り壊し」を防ぐべく、マネージャーの梶野穂歩が起死回生の策として立ち上げたリアリティ番組企画「おちこぼれフルーツタルト」に参加することとなり、アイドルユニット「フルーツタルト」を結成して1億円の借金を返済することを目指して活動を始める。
