救済難度S級レベルの世界「ゲアブランデ」を救済することになった新米女神・リスタルテは、チート級のスキルを持った勇者・竜宮院聖哉を召喚する。しかし、聖哉はその強さに反して慎重過ぎるほど慎重な性格をしており、スライム相手でも灰になっても攻撃魔法で完全滅却するほどの用心深さを発揮して、リスタルテを大いに振り回しながらゲアブランデの救済に奔走する。 聖哉とリスタルテが仲間を増やして、強敵を倒しながら少しずつ絆を深めていくうち、聖哉の過去や、リスタとの意外な関係が明らかになっていく。
