Overview

Kogarashi Fuyuzora is a "hands on" psychic. Ever since the day he got possessed by an evil ghost, he has been burdened with debt. Needing a cheap room to rent, he winds up at a haunted hot springs inn, Yuragi Inn, where only incredibly beautiful girls reside. Amongst the residents is a ghost, Yuuna, who cannot move on to the spirit world. 霊に憑依されやすく、霊や妖怪を直接殴って除霊することができる冬空コガラシは、家賃無料の永住権を獲得するために、「ゆらぎ荘」に棲む地縛霊を成仏させるため引っ越してくる。しかし、その地縛霊は幽奈という女性だった。さらに、ゆらぎ荘には数人の個性豊かな女性たちが住んでいた。かくして、コガラシの彼女たちとのドタバタ劇が巻き起こる妖下宿ゆらぎ荘の生活が始まる。
