Overview

地底に住んでいる地底人ちいちゃんはひょんなことから穴にはまり抜け出せなくなっていたところを下校中の少女佐伯夕花 （さえき　ゆうか）に助け出された。そして、夕花の家で先に住んでいた、宇宙人うっちゃんと共にお世話になることになる。
