Overview

Kazama Kenji likes to believe he is something of a delinquent. Moreover, others seem to like to agree that he is. 府上学園の小さな不良グループのリーダーとして少しだけ知られている風間堅次がひょんなことからゲーム製作部の部室を覗いてみると、その中では小火災が発生していた。中にいた部員たちとともに消火には成功するものの、彼女たちは堅次の記憶を奪って火災を隠蔽しようと目論み、彼を襲う。堅次は必死に逃げるが、部長・柴崎芦花に助けられたことをきっかけに同部へ入部する羽目になってしまう。このゲーム制作部の部員・顧問さらには他の不良グループ等、性格に偏りがある者たちに囲まれ、その行動に迷惑を被りつつも、最も常識的な風間堅次は部活をそして学校生活を楽しく過ごしていく。
