Overview

Pastel ate the cookies Madoka made, and it shrunk her, but because of her condition she couldn't take part in the “Miss Donburi Contest”. To return her to normal, she needed the power-up bell from the clouds. However, a mysterious island floating in the air was absorbing clouds above Donburi Island. マードック博士の作った薬の入ったクッキーを食べて小さい身体になってしまったパステル。ミスどんぶりコンテストまでは時間が無く、しかも元に戻す為に必要なエネルギーとなるベルのベル雲は伝説の幽霊島に奪われていた。本番開始に間に合うようツインビーチームが出撃する。
