プレイヤーは、零細芸能プロ「ジャックショウ・プロダクション」の新人マネージャー。ジャックショウ・プロは新人オーディションに参加した中で残った伊藤、藤村、田中の3人をスカウトし、アイドルの卵3人の担当マネージャーとなったプレイヤーにアイドル大賞獲得を命じる。 ジャックショウ・プロ所属のアイドルとしてユニットを組んだ３人とマネージャーは、与えられる予算内で彼女たちを養成、2年間のレッスン、活動を通しアイドル大賞グランプリ受賞を目指す。その過程には他のプロダクションからもライバルとなる女の子たちが多くデビューしてくる。
